Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@pawsandplots.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders move into production fast, so cancellations aren’t guaranteed. We’ll do our best if you reach out right away, but once production has started, the order can’t be canceled
